Make sure you have the proper files. There are some old packages floating around the net on the installer and the CETimeshuffler that don't work anymore due to some changes made to the packaging format. Redownload everything from this site and try again. If that doesn't help let me know. I'll look into it when I'll get back from my short vacations. Remember that you can always just copy the FFX file. AE will say that the effect is "Missing" but it will still work. No idea at the moment. Make sure you have the proper files.
