Hard times
Hello everyone! As you probably know my server is going through some hard times right now, and what’s worse it’s not the first time. Here’s the story…
My servers hard drive died for the second time during last two months. Most of the data was lost, but luckily most of the tutorials and configuration for this site stayed intact. But that was pure luck, patience and good will of my system administrator who miraculously restored the data.
Right this moment you might notice that some tutorials do not work, or that there are some files missing. Those are the files that were beyond saving. I’m currently continuously uploading them back, since from what I’ve noticed only video files got damaged. Please be patient and come back soon to see, if everything is back where it should be.
Recording tutorials, creating presets, and keeping this site alive takes my entire free time. So I thought: What kind of a friend would I be, if I wouldn’t give you a chance to make it up to me?
Hosting this site costs real money, and since my decision was to keep this site free and not to flood you guys with nasty ads, I thought that maybe you could help me out with my hosting bills by making a small donation every once in a while. To help you with this I’ve provided a Paypal Donation button. You can find it just under the search bar.
I’m counting on you. Take care, and stay tuned.

Hey Maltannon,
i think its a good thing to support a good website and free tutorials with a little money!
The only problem i see is your link to the polish website of paypal. That may confuse the people, because of the different language. Maybee English would be better, maybee im the only one here with some bad polish-skills :)
Best wishes,
Franky

Thanks for the tip. I thought that paypal will detect the visitors language and change to whatever required, but it seems it doesn’t.

Hey. I’m an AFX user and your site is very good. you have some great tutorials and I am glad to hear that more are coming, also sad to know that some are lost. I hope that you’ll recover more lost data from your PC and that everything goes well. Andrew Kramer seems to have taken a liking of your AFX skills so I’m sure you’ll get lots of money support

I would be honered to make a donation to your awesome tutorials that are on the cutting-edge. I also found this site by accident and am glad I did. Tutorials are hard to make and time consuming so I appreciate you sharing what would have taken me who knows how long to figure out or even think of trying. Thanks again for the inspiration. Sometimes as a beginner we feel left out due to the fact I have no time or financing available to take a course that’s always not offered in my city. On-line tutorials are my university for motion GFX and makes me feel like i can run with the big dogs, Thanks to talented and generous people like yourself. I Look forward to whatever you can fix or post and will surely donate generously in return.
