    Good stuff. Wish I would have seen this before my current gig. I took it straight out of school and was desperate for work, so I did undervalue myself and then on top of that took a flat weekly rate which ignored my overtime. *Sigh* What I know now… Next gig I find will be different, that’s for sure!
