Sound loops are one of those things that we might find ourselves missing in our media library therefore making our job much harder. Finding good loops is not an easy task. Above that the worse case scenario is when you have to take one part of your audio track and loop it several times to extend the overall length of the track.

Watch this tutorial to learn a few tricks on identyfiing loopable parts of your sound track, extracting them and finally turning them into nice loops that you can use to extend your audio track or use as a background ambient sound in your flash, video, or any other multimedia projects. Enjoy.

You will probably never have to do this kind of thing on your own, but I decided to record this tutorial anyway… just to break the pattern of doing AE tutorials. After all… this site was suposed to host all Adobe Production Premium tutorials, right?

Anyway I hope you’ll like it. You will learn the fundamental difference between noise types, see how some of the effects work and learn the basics of the Multitrack view. Enjoy!

Hey guys! I thought about doing something different today so I just finished recording Audition tutorial. This one is about creating a chopper (helicopter) sound. Strangely enough just after recording it someone asked in the comments area how to loop a sound file.

I thought it’s a great idea for a tutorial and since it’s not as simple as it may seem I thought about doing a tutorial about that as well. After all this site was supposed to be about all Adobe Production Premium products, not just AE, so I’ll give it a try. Probably even today. I also plan to record a follow-up tutorial to 3D Muzzle Flash Generator. In other words there’s an avalanche of tutorials coming your way.

Stay tuned.

Expressions are the most powerful feature of After Effects in my opinion. After watching this tutorial you will learn how to make your Volume Meter more dynamic by reacting to sound playing in the background while keeping total control over its sensitivity. You might have seen similar tutorials on the net, but I assure you that this one takes this subject a step further and that it’s worth watching.

Removing noise is a very complex task. Depending on many factors one must use different techniques to get rid of unwanted sounds while keeping the sound quality as good as possible.
This tutorial shows what I have to do with each tutorial recorded for for you. At the moment I’m using a terrible microphone and a low-end sound card, so I have a lot of cleaning up before I can publish anything.
